1. Liverpool breaks the deadlock:

The game began with the Blues capitalizing in the counter as the London outfit was close to scoring when Willian began the attack and passed the ball to James who whipped in for Mount who headed wide. James again responded as he sprinted down the box and shot the ball towards the top right corner only for Alisson to clear despite the ball heading way above. Klopp's men finally scored the first goal when Keita and Wijnaldum combined well and the former RB Leipzig man belted a powerful strike from 30 yards which was impossible for Kepa to save.

Towards the end of the first-half, The Blues scored their first goal when Mount's cross touched Arnold as the ball landed on Willian's feet who shot and Alisson reacted by punching only for the ball to land on Giroud's feet who scored the goal for his side.

The game looked done and dusted after 3 goals in the first-half by Klopp's men. Firmino finally scored his first goal at Anfield this season when Alexander-Arnold whipped a beautiful delivery and the Brazilian forward made no mistake as he headed the ball towards the net to score his sides fourth goal of the night. It was his first goal at home after a year.  Lampard reacted by bringing Pulisic and Abraham on the field and made an impact as the former Dortmund winger dribbled past 3 men as he broke into the box and set-up for the young English striker who netted the ball inside to score the second goal for his side.

4. Pulisic at it again and Chamberlain scores:

After setting up Abraham for the second goal, the Blues began to look more threatening by making a flurry of attacks and began to create chances. Pulisic was close to score when James delivered a pass to him which was played onside by Joe Gomez. But, the former Dortmund man snapped the shot which was wide. Finally, he found the back of the net when Van Dijk and Gomez clashed allowing Hudson-Odoi to sprint down the right and pass the ball to Pulisic who took time and lashed a powerful shot in the back of the net.

It looked like a massive comeback for Lampard's men. The game looked to favor Chelsea after their third goal as they began to look confident. Unfortunately for Lampard's men, Liverpool scored the winner when Robertson began the counter who sprinted past Jorginho after a footrace and the Scottish left-back crossed the ball towards Jones who let it through him for Oxlade-Chamberlain and the former Arsenal man scored his sides fifth goal.

In the end, the game was really interesting and a box of surprises. The game ended with the score 5-3 in favor of the newly crowned champions. Liverpool broke the deadlock when Keita belted a powerful strike from 30 yards to give his side the lead. The Reds scored another goal from a set-piece when Mane was tripped by Kovacic and the Croatian claimed that he made contact with the ball.  The Blues scored their first goal before the end of the first half when Willian's effort was punched above by Alisson and the ball landed on Giroud's feet and the Frenchmen made no mistake in scoring. Firmino finally scored his first goal at home when he thumped a header towards the back of the net thanks to a brilliant cross by Alexander Arnold. The Blues reacted quickly and scored two goals when Lampard brought Pulisic and Abraham on the made instant impacts as Pulisic set-up the goal by dribbling past 3 men and passing towards Abraham who netted past Alisson. The Blues began to seem confident and looked threatening. Unfortunately for the Blues, their hopes of making a comeback were shattered as the Reds made a counter-attack lead by Robertson who whipped the ball towards jones who in turn let it slip to Oxlade-Chamberlain and the former Arsenal man scored the winner. Honestly, the world's most expensive keeper has underperformed since arriving from Atheltic Bilbao and has been criticized heavily after a series of blunders not only today but throughout the campaign and rumors are stating that Kepa would depart Stamford Bridge and the Blues are looking for his replacement. With this loss, the pressure is on Chelsea as they head into the final day for a crunch fixture, and for Klopp's men, it is a night to remember as they finally got their hands onto the coveted trophy.
